We are looking for a Project Manager to help us drive a new national program linking people in rural areas to mental health support over telehealth. Rural Health Connect is a social enterprise here to improve access to psychologists for rural Australians. This role would involve working across a broad range of stakeholders, to develop, implement and roll out this exciting new national program.
This role can be done from home with flexible hours, that could be tailored to your availability (between 20 hours a week to full time).
Pro rata of a full-time wage of approximately $75,000-$88,000 depending on experience.

Project Coordination: Lead in coordinating project activities, including early planning and implementation. Provide advice around the development of models of care and governance.
Documentation Management: Develop and maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation, including project plans, status reports, meeting minutes, and other relevant documents.
Communication and Collaboration: Collaborate and communicate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with project goals and timelines. Build strong internal and external relationships to ensure optimal project implementation.
Risk and Issue Tracking: Assist in identifying, tracking, and managing project risks and issues. Collaborate with team members to develop mitigation strategies and action plans.
Quality Assurance Support: Ensure that project deliverables meet quality standards and adhere to project requirements. Assist in conducting reviews to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as necessary.
Reporting and Analytics: Prepare regular reports on project progress, milestones, and key performance indicators. Collect and analyse project data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement.
Safety and Quality: Adhere to all Rural Health Connect frameworks and policies, and act in accordance with governance, quality and safety responsibilities as outlined in the RHC Clinical Governance Framework.
With skills and experience relevant to the responsibilities listed above.
An understanding of the mental health sector, including referral processes, client management and Medicare
