We are looking for a passionate and hardworking medical administration /client liaison officer to help us connect people in rural areas with psychologists over telehealth.

Rural Health Connect is a social enterprise here to improve access to psychologists for rural Australians.

This role can be done from home with flexible hours.

15 - 20 hrs per week permanent part time. Approximately $30-$35/hr + super depending on experience

Responsibilities

You will be the first point of contact for people who have been referred to the service. You will assist clients to get signed up as well as liaise with psychologists and assist with the day to day operations.

Qualifications

We are looking for someone who is highly organised, efficient and able to work independently as well as part of a small, committed and fun team.

Medical administration experience would be preferred but not essential.

Experience in mental health and/or NDIS would also be an asset but also not essential. We need someone who is compassionate and who enjoys helping people.
