Rural Care Australia Ltd (RCA) is a community-owned not for profit organisation dedicated to delivering services that support our community and operates Generations Early Learning and Chaffey Aged Care.
Generations Early Learning Centre is a 72 place service providing high quality Early Childhood Education and Care to children and develops positive partnerships and relationships which support families and the community. Generations Early Learning is one of Australia’s first shared site Intergenerational Early Learning services with Chaffey Aged Care. Chaffey Aged Care is a 100-bed residential aged care service and is located opposite Generations Early Learning.

What you’ll be doing in this role:
- This position will facilitate play-based learning environments that are responsive to children’s interest, strengths, and abilities whilst documenting the children’s learning through observations and assessments against learning outcomes. This position requires the development of positive relationships that support children, their families and community.
- This position will work alongside and support the teaching staff of the Service and will adhere to and uphold the National Quality Framework, National Quality Standards, the Education and Care Services National Regulations, Child Protection Regulations as well as the policies, goals and philosophy of the Service
Who we’re looking for:
- Essential - Certificate III in Early Childhood Education, with previous on the job experience (preferred) or working towards Diploma in Early Childhood Education.
- Be passionate about working with children of all ages.
- Desirable - A work history that demonstrates early learning and supports the planning of a successful curriculum using the Early Years Learning Framework (National Standard)
What we offer you:
- The Centre is open from Monday to Friday, 5 days per week between 7.00 am to 6:00pm and shifts can be scheduled on a individual basis.
- Base hourly rate up to $34.35 per hour for Permanent Employees
- Base hourly rate up to $38 for Casual Employees

We have positions available for part-time and casual for an Educator with Certificate III (Monday to Friday) to join our team at Generations Early Learning.
