Are you a community-focused, highly organised, and effective communicator with at least two years of experience in community engagement, coordination, or program delivery?

In this dynamic, Sydney-based role, you'll play a key part in supporting the Community portfolio, which includes community outreach through our Conversation Convoys, Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander community engagement, Community Ambassadors, and Multicultural Programs.

The role requires the ability to work both efficiently and collaboratively, driving impact, engagement, and fostering meaningful community connections. A key aspect of the role involves delivering exceptional customer service to community champions and stakeholders, both virtually and in person, through events, conferences, and our Conversation Convoys travelling around Australia. Strong administrative and organisational skills and attention to detail are essential. A proactive, solution-oriented mindset and a commitment to continuous improvement are crucial for success.

Who We’re Looking For:

• Someone with at least two years experience in community engagement or program delivery.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong project coordination skills with attention to detail and the ability to prioritise and track work to meet deadlines.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office 365, Mac OS, and CRM use (Salesforce desirable).

The successful candidate will require a valid working with children certificate and police check, and be eligible to live and work in Australia.
