The National Partnerships Manager’s key responsibilities are focused on generating income for the RSPCA federation through partnerships, with the main focus being our workplace giving program, but also including sponsorship and licensing, grants, philanthropy and major donation avenues. The role works closely with our colleagues in the state and territory RSPCA member Societies.

A full position description is attached.

Our ideal candidate is responsible, proactive, confident, friendly, empathetic, collaborative, highly organised, able to prioritise and comes with a proven track record of cultivating internal and external relationships. You are also skilled and motivated to meet KPIs.

You will be part of a committed and vibrant team of people who gain personal satisfaction from knowing that they are contributing to preventing cruelty to animals through actively promoting their care and protection.

The National Partnerships Manager should be proficient in the use of Microsoft Office products, in particular Outlook, Teams and SharePoint. You will be comfortable in working with a CRM to ensure good record-keeping and will keep senior management informed of various projects and opportunities.

About RSPCA Australia

The National Office of the RSPCA is based in Deakin, Canberra. It provides a focus for all the State and Territory RSPCA organisations in the more strategic areas of influence on animal welfare – particularly in working with the Federal Government and other national organisations or companies that rely on RSPCA Approved certification.

Benefits of Working with RSPCA Australia

As you might expect, the RSPCA is an organisation of people committed to animal welfare and this flows through into the type of workplace we all work hard to create – one that is supportive, challenging and friendly – and one driven by strong values of compassion, courage, integrity, knowledge and tenacity. We work hard to protect animals and meet the needs of our stakeholders, but we don’t put unreasonable pressure on ourselves to meet meaningless demands or targets. We are a great group of people!

And of course, we have dogs in the office.
