What You'll Do

We are looking for a high performing Learning Facilitator to join our Cranbourne-based Learning team. The Learning Facilitator is primarily responsible for developing and facilitating learning programs for diverse audiences, with a particular focus on school groups, youth and families. Additionally, the Learning Facilitator will be involved in the evaluation of learning programs, gathering data and impact stories and producing reports for continuous improvement. The role will also contribute to the delivery and development of engaging and culturally sensitive learning experiences more broadly, to ensure high quality learning outcomes and facilitate a deep understanding of the role individuals play in supporting community and environmental resilience.

What You'll Bring

The successful candidate will have relevant tertiary qualifications/equivalent experience as well as demonstrated experience in delivering high-quality learning programs to diverse education audiences. You will ideally have knowledge of plants, sustainability, conservation, humanities or culture. You will be able to work positively within a team and with minimal supervision with flexibility and a positive attitude.
