roundsquared are seeking a skilled and experienced person to join their team of Consultants who work from home supporting NDIS participants to build a good life.

The position will mentor participants and their families to develop their skills to enable them to direct and manage their services and supports in order to live a rich and more inclusive, independent life in their community.

Your role is to assist participants to identify and link with relevant services that will enable them to achieve the goals set out in their NDIS plans. You’ll be supporting participants by identifying what services they require, connecting them with relevant services, and ensuring that those services are providing effective support.

• You’re self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision.

Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years' experience working with people with disability and/or Cert IV in a related field.
• Experience in a similar role.
• Excellent time management and administration skills.
• High level usage of technology and working with budgets.
• Reliable vehicle and ability to travel within and outside of the Tweed Shire.
• A valid NDIS worker screening check.
• Two doses of a valid Covid vaccine as per NSW Health mandate.

This is a casual or permanent part time position located in Tweed Shire and paid under the SCHADS Award - level 4. Pay point dependent on skills & experience. Professional development and supervision provided.
