Join a community of like-minded, values-driven professionals at Ronald McDonald House Western Australia.
We offer a dynamic, inclusive workplace that values innovation, respects diversity, and supports individual performance. United by purpose, we are committed to making a meaningful difference for WA families with seriously ill or injured children, far from home.
When a child in Western Australia needs specialist medical treatment, all roads lead to Perth. We believe no family should have to deal with their child's medical journey alone.
For over 30 years, Ronald McDonald House has helped Western Australian families with sick kids stay together, and close to the medical care they need. We are an independent not-for-profit, part of a global network of
360+ Houses supporting children and families through their medical journey, helping them focus on what matters most - each other.
We are seeking an experienced and passionate Donor Relations Coordinator to support our donor appeals, manage donor data, assist with donation processing and deepening supporter engagement through effective campaigns and stewardship. You’ll join a small, fast-paced, collaborative team where initiative and creativity are valued.
Reporting to the Philanthropy Manager, you’ll work closely with experienced fundraising professionals and key stakeholders, applying your expertise while making a meaningful impact for the children and families we support.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience working within a fundraising/donor relations team -particularly in the areas of appeals/campaigns.
We are committed to keeping children and young people safe in our spaces and do not tolerate any kind of abuse. We implement prevention strategies to reduce the risk of abuse and actively seek to listen, empower, and protect children. Our team, including employees and volunteers, must meet high standards to ensure they prevent and report abuse. All roles are subject to compliance and reference checks and are subject to relevant state/territory legislation.
Ronald McDonald House WA embraces diversity and inclusion and invites applications from women, men and intersex individuals from any cultural background who share the organisation’s values and ethics and have an informed respect for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people. We are committed to making reasonable adjustments to provide a positive, barrier-free recruitment process and supportive workplace. Therefore, if you have any support or access requirements, we encourage you to advise us at time of application. We will then work with you to identify the best way to assist you through the recruitment process.
