The Administration Officer supports the day-to-day operations of RSNH by ensuring the smooth running of the office/reception areas and completing a range of administrative tasks.

This includes: processing room booking applications, answering enquiries from community members, welcoming visitors, purchasing consumables/office supplies and contributing to the presentation of our spaces in accordance with RSNH policies and procedures.

The role is suited to someone with a very open and friendly demeanour, who is able to multi-task in a busy work environment and who can balance administrative efficiency with a strong understanding of the importance of managing day to day relationships within a context of community development work.
