RizeUp is a national, volunteer‑fuelled movement that turns empty houses into safe, welcoming homes for families escaping domestic and family violence (DFV). Every lounge we style, every child’s bed we make, is a fresh start—and proof that community can heal what violence has broken.

Sydney demand for our Homes Program is soaring. We’re ready to scale—and we need a purpose‑driven doer to work alongside volunteers, wrangle logistics and make homes sparkle with hope across the city and nearby suburbs.

What you’ll be doing

• Create welcoming Homes – Oversee the delivery of the Sydney Homes Program: Driver, pick-up/delivery, furniture build & basic warehouse stock control
• Champion safety & dignity – Uphold RizeUp’s strict privacy, risk‑management and child‑safe practices at all times.

• Clear communicator – Equally at ease chatting with our volunteers as you are briefing our CEO.

• Organised & neat – You keep schedules, stock, the truck—and even your toolbox—in crisp order so nothing (and no one) is ever left behind.

• The nuts & bolts
• Proven coordination, community development or project‑management experience (paid or volunteer).
• Ability to lift, carry and move household items safely (with help!).
• Current driver’s licence
• Valid National Police Check (or willingness to obtain) and commitment to DFV‑informed practice.
