about the role

We have multiple opportunities across Perth Metro areas within our Gardening team, including:

• South Metro - 2X full-time permanent positions
• North Metro – 1X fixed-term full-time position (6-month contract)
• East Metro – 1X full-time permanent position and 1X fixed-term full-time position (6-month contract) 

You’ll be out in the community each day delivering a range of gardening and minor home maintenance services to regular clients and familiar properties, including:

• Lawn mowing, whipper snipping, edging, weeding, and pruning
• Leaf blowing and general garden tidy-ups
• Sweeping and maintaining safe outdoor access areas
• Occasional gutter cleaning
• Basic minor home maintenance tasks, including window cleaning and changing light bulbs.

What you’ll bring

• General experience in gardening, and minor home maintenance, and confidence using relevant equipment (desirable, however training is provided!)
• Ability and willingness to work independently
• Safe manual handling practices, including bending, kneeling, and lifting correctly
• First Aid Certificate (HLTAID011), or willingness to obtain one
• A current driver’s licence

Formalities (The serious stuff!) 

Appointments to this position will be subject to a national police clearance and requires a pre-employment medical assessment. Costs for new checks will be covered and/or reimbursed by Rise.
