You're someone who can juggle scheduling, spot admin inefficiencies from a mile away, and support a growing team with empathy and edge.
The balance of work will shift over time, but to start:
〰️ 50% Systems & Service Delivery
You’ll be the operational engine - keeping Zendesk clean, service agreements humming, and practice management tools running like a dream. When a family, case manager or client calls in, our team; and your systems, ensure they’re welcomed, supported, and booked in quickly.
〰️ 30% Team Coordination & Culture
Run team huddles, empower staff across multiple clinics, and create a rhythm that supports accountability and camaraderie. You’ll document and refine SOPs, build workflows that make everyday processes easier, and create clarity in how work flows from site to site - while empowering your team to take ownership and grow in confidence.
〰️ 20% Client Experience & Business Support
You’ll keep the client journey smooth from first inquiry to follow-up; reducing no-shows, tracking funding, moving waitlists, and making sure everyone feels supported along the way. You’re the behind-the-scenes glue that keeps the service steady, sustainable, and deeply human.

You lead by doing - confidently managing daily admin while setting a strong foundation for others to follow and take ownership. You’ve run huddles, distributed workloads, and supported team members to navigate challenges and grow with care. You set the standard, then empower others to lift with you.
You know what good looks like in a busy practice - and how to keep it humming. From NDIS service agreements to Zendesk inquiry flow, you’ve got the tools and tenacity to manage bookings, records, and compliance with precision. You make systems sing, gaps disappear, and client experiences smoother by design.
Whether someone’s confused, cranky, or just new, you meet them with empathy and confidence. You’re the person people turn to when they need a steady voice or a simple answer.
You make sure invoices go to the right people, follow up on debt without fuss, and keep cash flow healthy so the service keeps humming. You balance warmth with accountability - because good business is good care.
