About the role

This dynamic project assistant role focuses on supporting our consultants to deliver strategy consulting projects for clients. You will be required to provide project coordination, administrative support and assist consultants working across multiple projects.

As part of this essential role you will:

• attend to daily project tasks depending on consultants’ priorities
• provide scheduling assistance for project requirements
• coordinate team meetings and client interactions
• develop materials and prepare for project team meetings
• create presentations and templates for workshops

To be successful at Right Lane you will:

• have previous project coordination and/or administrative experience
• provide examples of stand-out organisational and project coordination skills
• be equipped with excellent attention to detail
• be comfortable with juggling multiple projects
• be familiar with working under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• possess strong written and verbal communication skills
• have experience with Office 365
• possess proven ability to work autonomously
