Richmond Futures, one of Tasmania’s leading community-based mental health service providers with nearly 40 years of experience, is seeking dedicated and strategic Non-Executive Directors to join our Volunteer Board. As an independent, non-government, and non-religiously affiliated organisation, we are committed to creating a healthy community where people are leaders in their own lives. We provide a range of essential services including residential programs, allied support, and social inclusion initiatives across the state. We are looking for individuals with a strong understanding of corporate governance within the not-for-profit sector, who can think strategically, assess risk, and bring professional expertise in areas such as clinical mental health, law, governance, finance, people and culture, or risk management.
