ROLE

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Membership and Engagement Officer to elevate our member experience.

This role involves managing the entire membership lifecycle, from acquisition to retention, ensuring our members receive exceptional service and value.

You’ll play a crucial role in maintaining relationships and driving engagement that aligns with our organisation's mission.

Key Responsibilities

  • Membership: Oversee the entire membership lifecycle, from acquisition to retention, ensuring members receive exceptional service and value throughout their journey.
  • Certification Guidance: Successfully guide members through RIAA’s Responsible Investment Certification Program, providing detailed assistance on assessment requirements, processes, and application submissions.
  • Proactive Engagement: Engage proactively with RIAA members to promote the broader RIAA value proposition.
  • Relationship Building: Maintain strong relationships with members, ensuring their continued engagement and satisfaction with our offerings.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with the Manager of Member Services and collaborate across various teams within the organisation to enhance the member experience.
  • Program Promotion: Ensure members are aware of and engaged with other opportunities to leverage RIAA’s offerings.

Key Skills and Experience:

  • Business Administration, Communications, attention to detail and information technology.
  • Experience in member services, customer experience, or a related role.
  • Strong understanding of customer experience, engagement over the lifecycle of membership.
  • The ability to enhance member satisfaction and retention through effective relationship management.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with a customer-centric approach.
  • Strong organisational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and other member management tools.
  • A positive approach to work and a demonstrated desire to create meaningful impact through the work you do and drive RIAA’s mission.
