It has 40 acute and 95 aged care beds across five campuses located in north-west Victoria. Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer, the role forms part of the executive team and is both strategic and hands-on. It will draw on your well-developed leadership capability to coach and mentor a small team as well as your technical and broader business acumen in producing accurate and reliable information. You will play a key role in the development and maintenance of annual budgets, financial reporting and systems and work collaboratively with the Board, executive and management team in providing direction and guidance on financial management.

With a community focus and passion for genuinely making a difference to an organisation’s success, you bring relevant tertiary qualifications and demonstrated leadership experience in complex, changing environments. Ideally your experience will be in financial management however broader corporate services experience will be well-regarded.
