Team Leader - Transitional Recovery Service

Richmond Fellowship Queensland
  • Permanent Full-Time
  • Gold Coast

Some leadership roles are about managing processes. This one is about creating the conditions for people to rebuild their lives. The Transitional Recovery Service (TRS) supports people experiencing mental health challenges who are transitioning from acute mental health services or who may be at risk of hospital admission. Delivered in partnership with Gold Coast Health, the service provides residential and community-based psychosocial supports that help people build confidence, strengthen wellbeing, increase independence, and reconnect with their communities.

This is an opportunity to lead a service that sits at a critical point in a person's recovery journey, where the right support, at the right time, can make a lasting difference. Through 24/7 residential supports, individual outreach, and community-based group programs, TRS helps people move beyond crisis and towards a meaningful life of their choosing.

As Team Leader, you will provide leadership and operational oversight to a dedicated team of Recovery Support Workers, creating an environment where employees feel supported, accountable, and empowered to deliver their best work. Working closely with Gold Coast Health and other key stakeholders, you will help ensure people receive responsive, recovery-oriented support that promotes hope, resilience, connection, and lasting positive outcomes.

Participation in an on-call roster forms part of this role.
