Richmond Fellowship Queensland (RFQ) is seeking professional and motivated Support Workers to join the passionate Toowoomba team.
The support worker will join the Darling Downs core support team, and will deliver community outreach and individualised core and capacity support services to RFQ Darling Downs NDIS participants. This includes but is not limited to supporting NDIS clients to work towards their specified goals and assist with communication and providing support to attend medical appointments, NDIS reviews, community activities and daily tasks of daily living.
