Richmond Fellowship Queensland (RFQ) is seeking a professional and motivated person to be part of its Metro North team.
Your next position could be providing evidence-based and recovery-oriented support to people at risk of homelessness, discharged from acute mental health wards and/or supported by community mental health services. You will assist clients to achieve their identified goals and aspirations, provide support with day to day tasks and activities and develop professional working relationships with stakeholders to achieve best possible outcomes for clients.
Working as part of a wider team, you will have your own client caseload and will be provided with on the job supervision on an ongoing basis.
