Based in Annerley, this role is responsible for the day-to-day Accounts Payables function at Richmond Fellowship Queensland. Key responsibilities include cost allocation, entering supplier invoices, processing payments, and associated reporting. Additionally, this role encompasses bank reconciliations, credit card maintenance, and vehicle management. . The Finance Officer Payables reports directly to the Senior Financial Accountant.

You will need:

  • Sound knowledge and understanding of the Accounts Payable function and reconciliations.
  • Proven administrative and time management skills.
  • General knowledge of fleet management.
  • Proficient computing skills in the full range of Microsoft Office products and other associated software, with particular emphasis on Excel.
  • Proven experience with using financial management software systems.
  • Ability to be proactive in implementing process improvements.
  • Significant relevant experience in a similar role.
