RFDS Victoria are now accepting applications for an Administration Assistant to support the General Manager of Mobile Patient Care.
RFDS Victoria provides non-emergency patient transport service, known as Mobile Patient Care (MPC). This service is a quality, efficient and caring patient transport services for people who need to travel to hospital or to specialist care. We provide these services from our 13 bases located throughout Victoria and is supported by our aircraft at Essendon Airport.
The successful applicant will be expected to support the General Manager in relation to diary management, travel requirements and preparation for meetings as well as provide support the wider teams with general administrative duties.
A high degree of accuracy, responsibility and confidentiality is required in carrying out assigned duties. The incumbent must handle confidential information appropriately. A high level of time management skill is required, with the ability to prioritise competing deadlines.
This is a busy and varied role which requires someone with a flexible attitude. The role requires a self-starter, independent thinker with initiative. and someone with both excellent people and organisational skills.
You will be joining an energetic and dedicated team who are passionate about providing a high level of support towards the work of the Flying Doctor across Victoria. The successful applicant will be highly empathetic with exceptional interpersonal skills and will need to demonstrate the ability to work both autonomously and collaboratively with flexibility and initiative.
