The Royal Flying Doctor Service has been supporting rural and remote communities since 1928 and are there when needed most. In the past 12 months we have delivered over 85,000 occasions of care including Emergency Retrieval, Patient Transfers, Mental Health Consultations, Dental Care and Vaccinations.

We’re currently seeking a Segmentation Specialist to join our Fundraising Team in Surry Hills. This is a newly created role that will be responsible for using data to help us grow our donor base, reach and impact, thereby furthering our mission.

Responsibilities include:

• Manage, build and develop data segmentation and targeting strategies that optimise campaign objectives
• Provide ongoing data extractions that are accurate, timely and measurable
• Present key information either verbally, visually or written to key stakeholders
• Represent the RFDS at conferences, user groups and webinars to ensure data best practice
• Deliver CRM training to new and existing employees

To be successful in this role you will meet the following criteria

• Extensive experience managing campaign segmentation and analysis
• Ability to translate data segmentation conclusions to actionable recommendations and to communicate the conclusions to non-expert audiences
• Critical thinker with strong analytical skills
