Resilient Lismore Inc. is a registered charity and a grassroots, community based organisation that is dedicated to fostering disaster preparedness, recovery, and resilience in Lismore and the Northern Rivers.
This position supports Resilient Lismore’s community rebuild projects, assisting disaster affected Northern Rivers community members in the restoration and repair of their homes. It will oversee systems implementation and improvement of process flows using Monday.com and will report to the Rebuild Manager.
From logging and triaging community requests through to supporting RL project managers with the management of complex rebuild projects. This role will work closely with other core team members to ensure systems and processes are as timely and efficient as possible. This role will also manage special projects and key partnerships with a focus on critical and strategic improvements.
What You’ll Do
- Oversee the systems environment and workflow of rebuild activities within Monday.com
- Pro-actively train and support rebuild staff and contractors in the use of Monday.com and identify opportunities or gaps where additional training is required.
- Review documents and agreements with property owners and contractors as required.
- Manage internal administration of Rebuild programs including financial tracking against properties within the Repair to Return Project and works comply with building rules and regulations
- Monitor dashboards and reports in Monday.com to maintain high quality data and accurate reporting
- Implement, monitor and prepare project reporting for the Building Advisory Support Services program.
- Identify and recommend system and workflow improvements across all Rebuild programs
- Monitor and track impact measurement engagement.
- Liaise with clients, assisting project officers to manage appointments and communications as required.
- Contribute to the development, review and implementation of policies and procedures relevant to the project and the organisation
- Contribute to reporting requirements.
- Monitor and maintain currency of program information that is available to the public and program recipients.
Skills & Experience
- Strong organisational and communication skills, proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience using Monday.com or similar project management platforms, and other digital platforms used by Resilient Lismore
- Recent experience in an administration / office environment
- Knowledge of risk management and OH&S practices
- Knowledge of privacy management and ethical standards in service delivery.
Highly Desirable
- Strong local knowledge and connection to Lismore and the Northern Rivers
- Work history in a disaster recovery context and an understanding of government recovery programs.
- Understanding of trauma informed care and practices.
- Knowledge of privacy management and ethical standards in service delivery

What We Offer
- $37.35 - 43.08/hr under the SCHADS Award Level 3.1 - 4.1, plus superannuation and 17.5% leave loading , depending on qualifications and experience
- Part-time, 22.5 hours per week to be worked over 3 days per week as negotiated
