The Reichstein Foundation is an Australian philanthropic pioneer that has supported outstanding changemakers and shaped the infrastructure of giving for the last 50 years.
Chaired by Jill Reichstein, the Foundation operates at the forefront of social change philanthropy by backing the people, ideas and organisations that drive social, economic and environmental justice. We contribute through our granting, investing, convening and advocacy, often employing a strategic mix of these tools.
In keeping with our commitment to change not charity, we support the advocacy, campaigns and movement-building needed to achieve systemic change, and value the expertise and participation of people with lived experience of injustice.
Working closely with the Reichstein Foundation’s CEO, the Engagement Manager will play a key role in delivering the Foundation’s communications, events and granting programs.
This role is suited to someone who is committed to a just and sustainable society and who approaches work with flexibility, creativity and enthusiasm. The successful candidate will need to work cohesively and positively in a small team as well as autonomously, taking the lead on projects as required.
Tasks and responsibilities include:
The Reichstein Foundation is committed to equality, diversity and inclusion. We encourage applications from First Nations peoples, people from diverse cultural backgrounds, LGBTIQA+ people and people with disability.
