We’re looking for a practical, reliable, and motivated Horticultural Technician to join our growing team and help maintain gardens, bushland, coastal areas, and community spaces across Perth.

At Workpower, no two days are the same. One day you could be revitalising local gardens, the next supporting environmental conservation projects or helping keep public spaces clean, safe, and welcoming.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Maintaining residential and commercial gardens
• Supporting bushland and environmental conservation works
• Coastal maintenance and clean-up activities
• Planting and caring for landscapes and green spaces
• Delivering quality service to clients and stakeholders
• Working safely within a team environment

What We’re Looking For

• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Enjoyment of outdoor, hands-on work
• Physical fitness and ability to undertake manual tasks
• Commitment to safe work practices
• Ability to work well in a team environment

Essential Requirements

• NDIS Worker Screening
• White Card
• Current C Class Driver’s Licence
• National Police Clearance (or willingness to obtain)

Desirable

• Certificate in Horticulture or similar
• Chemical Application Licence
• Basic Traffic Management Ticket
