Key Responsibilities:
- Provide person-centred, trauma-informed care and support to the participant.
- Support client in managing behaviours of concern.
- Promote safety, empowerment, and recovery-oriented practices in all interactions.
- Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to ensure consistent and holistic care.
- Document and report on client progress in accordance with organisational policies and procedures.
Essential Criteria:
- Demonstrated experience working in mental health, particularly with individuals with complex needs.
- Current NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain).
- Valid CPR certification (HLTAID009 or equivalent).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work both independently and within a team.
- Must have Sleepover shift availability.
Desirable:
- Relevant qualifications in Mental Health, Community Services, Psychology, or a related field.
- Knowledge of NDIS processes and support planning.
