About Us:

Full Stop Australia (Full Stop) is a not for profit organisation, operating nationally, but based in Sydney's Inner West. Our mission is to put a full stop to sexual, domestic and family violence and to support those who have been impacted by violence and abuse. We also offer best-practice training and professional services to support safe and respectful workplaces, and advocate for changes to laws, policies, and practices to better prevent and respond to sexual, domestic and family violence.

About the Role:

The purpose of this role is to provide a high level of executive and administrative support to the Board, CEO and Leadership Team of Full Stop. In providing this support the position exercises a high degree of autonomy, communication competence, discretion and confidentiality. This enables the organisation to run efficiently and effectively and deliver on our vision.

The primary functions of the position will be to manage the CEO’s diary and administration, support the governance processes of the organisation, support communications, and manage accreditation processes on the CEO’s behalf.

About You:

You will be someone who is supportive of the feminist context and principles of Full Stop Australia. Organisation, efficiency, communication, and professionalism will be your key attributes.

You will also have extensive knowledge, skills, and experience in the following areas:

  • Demonstrated experience (2+ years) acting as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant or similar.
  • Significant prior experience providing secretariat services for boards and committees including the preparation of agendas, meeting papers, reports and minutes.
  • Outstanding administrative, organisational and time-management skills, with strong attention to detail.
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills with experience building and maintaining strong working relationships with a diverse range of people.
  • An understanding of governance requirements and processes for not for profit organisations is desirable.

  • Salary: This position has been classified as Level 4 under the Social, Community, Home, and Disability Services (SCHADS) Award. The above Award salary starts at $77,693, plus superannuation and the option to salary package.
  • Contract: This is a Permanent Part time (30.4 hrs p/w), position. (Fulltime hours considered). Full Stop Australia offers a hybrid model of working, with the option to work part of your hours from home (where applicable).
