Founded in 1989, The Royal Children’s Hospital (RCH) Foundation is the fundraising arm of the RCH, one of the world’s leading children’s hospitals. The RCH Foundation has the vital role of raising and distributing donated funds to the hospital, enabling the very best patient and family care and support, and saving and improving the lives of our sickest children.
As part of a small but high-performing Communications Team, the Senior Communications Coordinator will work across both internal and external communications and will be a key driver in the delivery of the RCH Foundation's 2030 strategy.
With a focus on writing, reviewing and revising communications touchpoints, platforms and content to reach donors at every point of their journey, this role delivers outstanding communications for our wide network of donors and fundraisers. From identifying story hooks and angles for the Good Friday Appeal and annual reports, through to developing case studies which highlight the impact of community and donor giving, this role spans the full gamut of communications, capturing the stories and content required to increase giving for one of Australia’s most recognised and loved public institutions – the RCH.
