Reporting to the Senior Manager Southern Melbourne, your responsibilities include direct client counselling to individuals, couples, children and families, as well as providing individual and group clinical supervision to employees, making professional judgements, offering feedback, support and challenging staff to ensure continuous improvement. In doing so, you will assist in providing effective and efficient high-quality services and programs in alignment with RAV’s contractual obligations and strategic direction.
This role is located at our Cranbourne centre. The successful candidate will be offered a permanent, part-time position working 3 days per week including a regular evening shift on Tuesdays (12noon to 8pm). The base salary range is $122,234 (pro-rata) per annum, with access to salary packaging benefits up to $18,800 and superannuation.
