Relationships Australia Victoria (RAV) is a community-based, not-for-profit organisation with no religious affiliations. Our vision is for positive, respectful, safe and fulfilling relationships for all Australians. For more than 75 years, we have been delivering high quality family and relationship support services, and we now support more than 20,000 clients every year. We have over 400 dedicated employees working from 21 centres across metropolitan Melbourne and regional Victoria.
Reporting to the Program Manager, you will play a vital role in providing a service access point for men, women, and children experiencing family and domestic violence. You will ensure a coordinated practice by facilitating warm referrals to RAV supports. Your responsibilities will include conducting telephone psycho-social assessments and acting as an information and referral source, ensuring the safety and well-being of partners, former partners, family members, and children of men in the Men’s Behaviour Change Program (MBCP). Additionally, you will provide group work programs for family members affected by family violence, with an emphasis on parenting and parent-child relationships.
This role is located at our Shepparton Centre and is part-time, permanent, working three (3) days per week, including Tuesday evenings. The base salary range is $95k - $102k (pro-rata) per annum.
