This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated, experienced counsellor at our Traralgon centre to join Relationships Australia Victoria (RAV) in this important role with staff who have been delivering effective client focused services and outcomes for over 70 years in Victoria.

RAV provides services from centres across metropolitan Melbourne and regional Victoria.
Reporting to the Senior Manager Gippsland, and working closely with the Gippsland team, your responsibilities include the provision of high quality, culturally sensitive relationship counselling and therapy, including education programs to individuals, couples and families. Counsellors will have expertise in childhood development and family dynamics and be able to respond to a diverse range of issues: including trauma, violence and abuse, parenting concerns, stress and anxiety, separation and divorce and blended families.
This role is part-time permanent, initially 4 days per week until December 2021, then reducing to 3 days per week ongoing from January 2022. This position is location in Traralgon, Gippsland and there is one late night per week providing services on Tuesday 12noon to 8pm.

A competitive salary package is on offer to the successful candidate with a base salary range of $84,583k-$95,858k (pro-rata) per annum, superannuation and access to salary packaging.
