Relationships Australia Victoria (RAV) is a secular, community-based, not-for-profit organisation with no religious affiliations who have been providing services to the Victorian community for over 70 years. You will report to the Senior Manager Gippsland, with key responsibilities including providing a welcoming first point of contact to walk-in clients, directing incoming phone enquiries about services such as Family Mediation and Counselling and responding to emails in a helpful manner. You will also be responsible for ensuring efficient coordination, booking, data entry and processing of all appointments and undertaking basic assessment of client service needs as required.
This opportunity is located across our Traralgon and headspace Sale centres and is a casual position. Our standard business hours are Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm with an evening shift on Tuesdays from 12pm to 8pm. Whilst this is casual, you can anticipate that you may be rostered to work approximately one to two days per week.
