Relationships Australia Victoria (RAV) is a secular, community-based, not-for-profit organisation with no religious affiliations who have been providing services to the Victorian community for over 70 years. Reporting to the Manager Shepparton, your responsibilities include general administration tasks and providing a welcoming first point of contact. This will involve attending to walk-in clients, directing incoming phone enquiries about RAV services such as Family Mediation and Counselling and responding to emails in a helpful manner. You will also be responsible for ensuring efficient coordination, booking, data entry and processing of all appointments and undertaking basic assessment of client service needs as required.
This role is located at our Shepparton centre in Victoria’s regional Goulburn Valley area and is part-time, working 15 hours per week, which may include one evening shift on Tuesday per week. This is a fixed-term contract ending 30 June 2024.
