Reporting to the Senior Manager, you will bring extensive experience in office management, coordination, and supervision, providing support to both administrative and clinical staff. Your role will ensure seamless and efficient administrative operations while overseeing the coordination of client services staff. You will supervise the administrative team, including providing day-to-day feedback, conducting performance reviews and developing work plans. Additionally, you will play a key role in the design and implementation of new projects. Strong technology skills, including proficiency with Dynamics CRM and SharePoint, are essential for success in this position.
This opportunity is full-time, ongoing based at our Kew Centre, with one evening shift per week. The base salary range is 91k - $93k per annum with access to salary packaging of $18,550 per annum.
