Who we are looking for

We are seeking someone with excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage complex projects and multiple stakeholders. You have a strong understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and techniques, as well as experience in managing budgets and resources. You are adaptable, proactive, and able to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, with a focus on delivering high-quality projects on time and within budget.

To be successful in this role you will have:

• A proven track record in project management, including successful delivery of complex projects within scope, budget, and timeline.
• A strong functional background, with experience in software development life cycle (SDLC), agile methodologies, and project management tools.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively lead and motivate cross-functional teams, manage stakeholders, and present project updates to executive management.
• Leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and influence team members towards achieving project objectives.
• Problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate risks, and to develop creative solutions to project challenges.
• Strong attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and to ensure high-quality project deliverables.

It would be a bonus if you:

• Have experience managing technology projects in Community Services organisations.

What you will be doing  

The role of Project Manager at RASA is a vital position responsible for coordinating internal and external resources to deliver information and digital essential projects. You will be tasked with leading functional gap analysis to ensure functional fit and product assessment. Additionally, you will coordinate with vendors to deliver technology-related packages, manage project scope, budget, and schedule, and ensure the integration of new solutions with existing systems.

One of the unique aspects of this position is the emphasis on promoting positive workplace cultures in the Information and Digital team that are consistent with Cultural Fitness and RASA values.
