ABOUT THE ROLE
As the Partnership Manager you will be responsible for managing the mentoring program for a number of key stakeholder clients.
You will thrive on developing personal connections with mentors and mentees and ensuring mentoring partnerships are thriving. You will be rewarded by having a front row seat to transformative partnerships for female founders and emerging female leaders.
As the Account Manager you will be responsible for the account management of mentoring partnerships, contribute to the growth of the business by way of introducing new leads and also own, manage and report on the Ambassador program.
This role has flexible work from home working arrangements but requires the right candidate to come to our Millers Point office on Tuesdays. We are open to candidates who prefer to work 4 days/week. The salary is $80,000 base (incl. super) plus commission.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Mentoring and Program Management
- Develop in-depth knowledge about the Everwise mentoring platform
- Onboard mentees and mentors into the mentoring program, creating detailed online profiles and ensuring participants are onboarded in a timely manner
- Creating matches between mentor and mentees and ensuring mentoring cohorts are activated within relevant timelines
- Conduct quarterly check-in calls with mentors and mentees during the program and provide feedback and testimonials to the Head of Marketing
- Review quarterly surveys and respond to any issues identified in the surveys
- Assist on the development of Rare Birds programs, including assisting on grant proposals and other business development as instructed by the General Manager or CEO
- Program event management, including launch events, masterclasses, graduation events, online mentor coffee connects and Ambassador catch-ups
- Keep up to date with diversity and inclusion data and insights to support Rare Birds’ strategy
- Other duties as assigned, including some administrative tasks
Business Growth
- Promote and sell B2C, B2B mentoring programs and new programs to commercial and government channels
- Work with the General Manager to identify potential leads and achieve KPIs set out by the business
- Negotiate financial outcomes with clients
- Foster business partnerships - both in kind and financial
- Bring your network to the business
Ambassador Program Management
- Ownership, development and execution of the Ambassador strategy
- 25% of time dedicated to onboarding new Ambassadors, managing, informing, supporting and nurturing the existing Ambassadors
- Lead and execute Ambassador events
- Contribute to a monthly Ambassador newsletters
- Nurture, track and report each Ambassadors contribution
- Conduct quarterly surveys and submit a monthly Ambassador report
Qualifications and Personal Attributes
- Bachelor's Degree
- 8 - 10 years’ experience
- Event experience - both online and in-person events
- Strong internal and external stakeholder management
- Ability to look for opportunities
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with aptitude in building relationships
- A strong commercial outlook, and KPI focused
- Impeccable attention to detail
- Proficiency with numbers and data analysis
- Excellent time management and organisational skills
- Ability to work autonomously
