RANZCO is the pivotal education institution committed to excellence in learning and continuous professional development of ophthalmologists across Australia and New Zealand. We are embarking on an exciting journey to migrate our Learning Management System (LMS) to a brand-new platform and we’re looking for a seasoned LMS Administrator to join our team. This is a unique opportunity to make a significant impact on the future of online learning within our organisation.

This role is for a 6-month contract, 1.0 FTE with a 15 January 2024 start.

Key responsibilities:

Participate in the planning & execution of the LMS migration project.

  • Analyse and document the requirements for course migration and content integration into the new LMS.
  • Adapt and transform existing content to align with the capabilities of the new platform.
  • Collaborate closely with the vendor and RANZCO SMEs to structure and author course content.
  • Execute rigorous testing to identify and address issues, such as broken links, multimedia errors, and functional problems.
  • Conduct pre-migration content audit of the existing LMS to identify and rectify compliance, security, and data integrity issues.
