About the Role:

We’re looking for a proactive and organised Program Implementation Coordinator to support the seamless delivery of Raise’s youth mentoring programs. This vital role provides technical, administrative, and logistical support to our Programs team and helps drive continuous improvement across our operations.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Supporting the implementation and improvement of program support processes
  • Developing and maintaining standard operating procedures and training materials
  • Providing basic IT troubleshooting and liaising with external support teams
  • Coordinating team events and logistics, including graduations and workshops
  • Administering Salesforce for the Programs team, including onboarding schools, generating reports and maintaining data integrity
  • Responding to internal queries through our Jira Service Desk
  • Attending program sessions to provide on-the-ground support

About you:

You are an experienced program or operations coordinator with a passion for purpose-driven work. You bring:

  • At least 2 years of experience in program coordination, office management or business support, ideally in a fast-paced or purpose-driven organisation
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office 365, SharePoint and cloud-based systems
  • Experience using a CRM system—ideally Salesforce
  • Excellent time management and the ability to juggle competing priorities
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • A collaborative mindset and problem-solving approach
  • Experience in data collection or instructional content creation (e.g., Loom) and familiarity with the non-profit or youth sector is a plus.
