Radio Adelaide is seeking a creative people person to help us maximise the community spirit among volunteers.

The station has been through some changes in recent times, with 2 moves of premises in 7 years and a major change of management structure. People are the key to our future success, and we are looking for a person who knows about the power of connection, community building and working with others, to consolidate our resources.

The ideal candidate

• has a background in social work and/or community development;
• has strong communication skills to find out about members’ needs and wants;
• can work well in a diverse team;
• can synthesise feedback from a range of people;
• can think creatively about how to strengthen the station community; and
• has excellent organisational skills to run programs and events within the community.

The job is for 11 hours/week for 26 weeks, to start ASAP. Located in Eastwood, South Australia.
