  • Full Time – 38 Hours per week

About the Role

The Business Support Officer is responsible for providing high level and efficient administrative support to the Executive Manager, Clinical Services Manager, and staff.

About You

  • Demonstrated knowledge of the local Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander community and culture, and an understanding of the factors that influence their health and wellbeing.
  • Excellent administration and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to prioritise workload and manage time effectively to meet deadlines.
  • Well-developed computer skills with a good knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality.

  • Competitive pay and conditions: ACCHS Award – Grade 4 (Above award rate will be paid depending on qualifications/experience)
