We would love you to join the team to help with the seamless running of our accounts and general admin. This is a dynamic position that offers a fun working environment and an opportunity to flex your daily accounts muscles.

This is a full-time role which has some flexibility in the daily start and finish times.

The position would suit an experienced, dedicated, enthusiastic and self motivated accounts person with daily accounts experience using Xero.

The successful candidate for this role will be responsible for the accounts administration and general admin for:

Tasks associated to this role include but are not exclusive to:

Accounts:

  • Accounts payable
  • Accounts receivable
  • Daily Banking
  • End to end payroll
  • Assist with BAS preparation
  • End of month close
  • Financial Reporting
  • Work with external accountants
  • Maintain professional relationships with suppliers

Administration:

  • Diary management
  • Personal Assistant to the Managing Director
  • Maintenance of kitchen and office supplies as well as common room areas in the coable building
  • Liaising with Tenants at the co-able building.
  • Management of the Annual Leave Calendar for the Push Mobility Team
  • Assistance with projects and tasks as they arise and where necessary

WHAT WE ARE AFTER:

  • A well-rounded accounts operator
  • Enthusiastic about process improvement and automation
  • Xero extraordinaire
  • Cin7Core system knowledge (Not essential but would be a huge bonus)
  • Intermediate excel user
  • Experience with Google Drive
  • High level of computer literacy (Apple Products are used in-house)
  • Highly organised and autonomous worker
  • Loves being part of a passionate and close knit team
