We are looking for a proactive, organised Health Programs Coordinator (Primary Health Consultant) to join a supportive, values-driven team who are passionate about improving health outcomes for those who need it most.

Every day you will support the delivery of targeted initiatives to improve healthcare access by:
Project and Research Support: Assist with planning, implementing, and evaluating health initiatives, including data collection, analysis, and reporting to inform service planning and improved outcomes
Resource and Event Coordination: Support the development and distribution of tools and communication materials and help coordinate health promotion events, workshops and stakeholder engagement activities
Collaboration and Administration: Work collaboratively across teams and sectors to support integrated project delivery, maintain effective relationships and provide high-level administrative and communication support
You might have a background in public health, health sciences, health and community sector or have administration or project support experience in healthcare or human services.
These skills will set you up for success:
Project and Administrative Support: Be organised and efficient, able to manage scheduling, take accurate minutes, track actions, prepare documents and support the smooth running of multiple projects
Communication and Collaboration: Clear communication – both written and verbal – is essential in this role. You’ll be engaging with a range of internal teams and external stakeholders, so building and maintaining positive relationships is key.
Attention to Detail and Data Management: Ability to accurately gather and enter information, assist with research, prepare summaries and reports, and ensure accuracy in documentation and communications.

Salary packaging up to $15,900 – Use your pre-tax salary for everyday expenses which means you pay less tax and have more money to spend
Up to $2,650 of pre-tax income can be used to pay for entertainment expenses (meals, holiday accommodation etc.)
Hybrid working option – blend of working from the office and home (after completion of 6 months)
