We are seeking an experienced administration professional to join our Corporate Office as Group Support Officer primarily supporting governance and strategic engagement. The role assists in the smooth running of the corporate office by supporting corporate managers and the executive team.
Reporting to the Manager – Governance and Strategic Engagement, you will deliver high level administrative and project support including preparation of business documents such as briefing papers, reports, presentations, promotional material, meeting notes and policies, act as a ‘super user’ of business systems and software, assist with diary and event management and provide backup secretariat support to the CEO and Executive Team.
We are a not-for-profit organisation funded by the Australian Government to connect care and keep Tasmanians well and out of hospital. We are one of 31 Primary Health Networks (PHNs) in Australia and operate statewide with offices in Hobart, Launceston and Ulverstone.
