About the opportunity

We are seeking an experienced administration professional to join our Corporate Office as Group Support Officer primarily supporting governance and strategic engagement. The role assists in the smooth running of the corporate office by supporting corporate managers and the executive team.

What would you be doing

Reporting to the Manager – Governance and Strategic Engagement, you will deliver high level administrative and project support including preparation of business documents such as briefing papers, reports, presentations, promotional material, meeting notes and policies, act as a ‘super user’ of business systems and software, assist with diary and event management and provide backup secretariat support to the CEO and Executive Team.

Here's what you’ll look like

  • Strong administrative and organisational skills, including the ability to develop high quality business documents
  • High level attention to details and accuracy
  • Advanced user of Word, Excel, PowerPoint and the ability to quickly learn new systems
  • Ability to work unsupervised, plan and prioritise to meet deadlines under pressure and work across multiple areas with different reports
