At Primacy Group Australia, our focus is on providing high-quality disability support services to participants of the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS). Our mission is to radically change the way that we support participants, through delivering respectful, values-based, social and community support services as a registered NDIS provider.

The NDIS Quality & Compliance Coordinator will support the organisation’s Quality & Safeguarding Framework to ensure compliance within the obligations as a NDIS Provider, as well as monitoring the Risk Management strategies within the organisation. The Quality & Compliance Coordinator will monitor, report, assess, and present recommendations in relation to quality and safeguarding related issues on a regular basis.
A key responsibility of the position will be to support the Senior Management Team in the development and delivery of specific training for service delivery staff to ensure our provider obligations and practice standards are consistently met. This role is critical in identifying continuous improvement opportunities and maintenance of risk, incident, feedback, and complaints Registers.
This role will be instrumental in the planning and execution of NDIS audit preparation as well as completing regular internal audits for assessment of the organisation to consistently drive best practice that meets compliance standards.
