About the role:

The NDIS Quality & Compliance Coordinator will support the organisation’s Quality & Safeguarding Framework to ensure compliance within the obligations as a NDIS Provider, as well as monitoring the Risk Management strategies within the organisation. The Quality & Compliance Coordinator will monitor, report, assess, and present recommendations in relation to quality and safeguarding related issues on a regular basis.

A key responsibility of the position will be to support the Senior Management Team in the development and delivery of specific training for service delivery staff to ensure our provider obligations and practice standards are consistently met. This role is critical in identifying continuous improvement opportunities and maintenance of risk, incident, feedback, and complaints Registers.

This role will be instrumental in the planning and execution of NDIS audit preparation as well as completing regular internal audits for assessment of the organisation to consistently drive best practice that meets compliance standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Regular Internal Auditing
  • Monitor, manage and review the quality improvement register, and the relevant corrective actions following accreditation audits
  • Manage the maintenance of the feedback and incident management systems
  • Manage timely preparation of processes and documentation for the ongoing development and implementation of accreditation
  • Work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders to provide advice and support for all accreditation issues, practices, and interpretation
  • Identify areas of opportunity to improve existing accreditation practices and procedures
  • Support with the development and review of Primacy Group’s organisational policies and procedures
  • Use of data, monitoring, evaluation, and research to continuously improve service provision, organisational administration, and achievement of the strategic goals.

What you will bring to the role:

  • Previous experience in the same or similar position
  • Practical NDIS compliance experience
  • Advanced digital skills and confidence with software such as Microsoft 365, Asana or other similar project management systems
  • Experience with ISO 31000 standards
  • Practical experience with Incident and Risk Management systems
  • Ability to effectively multi-task and manage priorities
  • Ability to interpret Power BI data and analytics
  • Strong, professional verbal and written communication skills
