Reporting directly into the Branch Secretary and leading a team of three Industrial Officers, you’ll be responsible for the provision of comprehensive industrial and legal advisory and demonstrated acumen for management of sophisticated industrial issues. Specifically, you will:
You’ll have worked in a senior industrial relations capacity with sound knowledge of IR legislation, and comprehensive understanding of the labour market. You offer developed research, analytical, and problem-solving capabilities and experienced at leading preparation and delivery at tribunals, courts and mediations.
