Marketing Coordinator - Remote / Work From Home

Are you a recent marketing or communications graduate looking for an exciting new challenge? Or perhaps you are a more experienced communications specialist who is looking for part-time hours to suit your lifestyle in a growing fast-paced not-for-profit company delivering education and training services.

We are looking for a creative, enthusiastic and driven technology-savvy marketing and communications specialist to help us build our brand, engage customers and sell online educational services and workshops across the clinical trials, research and ethics sectors.

Reporting to the CEO and working closely with our Communications Manager, you will be creative and able to develop engaging copy and content that delivers on business outcomes. Your work will drive course and workshop enrolments and help to engage new and existing customers across our markets.

You are naturally driven and goal-oriented, someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys being accountable for positive outcomes.

You will also be responsible for website optimisation (SEO) and data entry and management, requiring you to be technologically savvy with the ability to use and learn new systems quickly.

The successful applicant will have:

  • A tertiary qualification in marketing, communications or relevant field, and/or relevant proven experience.
  • Proven ability to write and develop engaging marketing copy and content that translates to sales and enrolments.
  • Knowledge and skills in website management and SEO optimisation.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office; knowledge of Wordpress, Excel, SharePoint, PipeDrive, MailChimp and SurveyMonkey is a plus.
  • Excellent project management skills, with demonstrated initiative and ability to manage issues and champion new projects to enhance partnerships and outcomes.
  • Demonstrated experience developing written communication resources and materials including across social media and communications.
  • High level and written communication skills, including demonstrated experience writing copy to sell education and training services.
