At Platform To, we believe everyone deserves to feel seen, supported, and celebrated — not just in the big milestones, but in the everyday wins too. We’re an NDIS provider supporting people with mild to moderate disabilities to grow their independence, build meaningful connections, and confidently navigate life’s transitions.
Our work is grounded in health, wellbeing, and real human connection. Whether it’s learning to cook, taking the bus for the first time, or simply showing up to a social group, we’re there — walking beside people, not in front of them. We exist to support people to live life on their terms, and to feel proud of who they are every step of the way.
This role is about showing up — consistently, respectfully, and with care. As a Support Worker at Platform To, you’ll be part of someone’s journey toward greater independence and confidence. Some days, that might mean supporting someone to attend an appointment. Other days, it might be helping them try something new, navigate a tough moment, or celebrate a win.
You won’t be alone — you’ll have a small, supportive team behind you, and the freedom to bring your own personality and passions to the work. Whether you're into gaming, sport, cooking, or music — we’ll match you with participants who share your vibe. Your presence matters here.
You don’t need decades of experience — you just need to be reliable, empathetic, and ready to make a difference. We’re looking for people who:
Genuinely enjoy connecting with others
Are calm, dependable, and open-minded
Are comfortable supporting people in community and home settings
Can work independently, but also value being part of a team
Have (or are willing to get) an NDIS Worker Screening Check, First Aid & CPR, and a reliable car with comprehensive insurance
Bonus points if you have experience in disability, mental health, youth work or support services — but if you’re new to the sector and bring heart, we’ll help with the rest.
Flexible work hours that fit your lifestyle
A down-to-earth, fun, and supportive team
Paid training and opportunities for growth
Genuine work-life balance and regular check-ins
The chance to do work that actually makes a difference
Matching with participants who align with your strengths and interests
A workplace where showing up as yourself is encouraged — and celebrated
Want to be part of something meaningful? Apply today and help us create more moments worth celebrating.
