Reporting to the General Manager, the Business Development Manager will expand growth opportunities for partnerships, ongoing growth and development in the NDIS Plan management space to ensure targets and business goals are met and to drive revenue.

Working in a high growth environment, your responsibilities would include:

  • Work with the general manager to implement strategy, direction and growth of the business
  • Develop community connections with key NDIS organisations and attend and participate in relevant community events, expos and workshops
  • Establish and maintain new growth opportunities through partnerships, marketing and ongoing relationship management with key organisations and customers.
  • Working collaboratively with the marketing team to develop campaigns that build awareness and engagement
  • Develop a community engagement strategy for Plan Hero Plan Managers
  • KPIs in sync with growth strategy that result in onboarding new clients and building brand awareness
  • Research new markets, emerging community needs and potential new business opportunities to grow Plan Hero support services
  • Update and report back to senior management on growth prospects in the business
  • Maintain specialist knowledge of the NDIS and the disability sector by remaining aware of sector changes and developments

This role would suit you if you have:

  • Experience in business development with a proven and successful sales track record - minimum 2+ years (preferable)
  • The ability to engage with customers in an empathetic manner
  • Excellent people skills, business acumen and strong work ethic
  • Excellent verbal and written communications, planning and time management skills
  • Experience working in the NDIS and strong working knowledge of plan management - minimum 2+ years

Salary is negotiable based on previous experience

Hours:

Flexible to be both full or Part-time (min 3-4 days) moving to full-time (This role can be performed as a combination of work from home and at the office. Wednesday & Friday in the office - Edgecliff, Sydney)

We will consider applicants with experience from other states who want to work 5 days remotely.
