Administration and general clerical duties (to minimum Level 3 scope and competency under the Clerks Private Sector Award (MA000002). Including meeting organisation and minute taking.
Execution of the PKDA Communications Plan and Content Calendar – drafting and posting relevant and accurate content across PKDA’s social media channels, Youtube, newsletter, website and EDMs. Managing internal and external communications.
Organisation of Zoom webinars and in-person community events.
Identifying funding opportunities and coordinating and encouraging community fundraising and donation.
Coordination of research grant rounds for Board consideration and approval.
Directing and collaborating with community volunteers.

Mandatory proficiency in using Outlook, Google Drive, social media platforms and Zoom.
Proficiency in using Excel, Powerpoint, Canva, Mailchimp and editing video content for Youtube is not mandatory but would be highly regarded.
About the Role
Reports to the nominated Board representative and works closely with community volunteers, other Board members and our Scientific Advisory Board.
Work from home with flexibility. Minimum 20hrs per week, part-time structured under the provisions of the Clerks Private Sector Award (MA000002).
