AND YOU ARE…?

…already a leader in the community services sector, ideally in homelessness, housing or domestic and family violence, with strong sector credibility and stakeholder networks. You also have:

• Experience with DCJ, Homes NSW and other government funded programs, tendering, and recommissioning processes
• Commercial, financial and governance literacy with a deep understanding of social justice,
• High-level communication skills encompassing report writing, submissions, proposals and internal messaging that inspires and mobilises
• Strong political acumen and representational confidence with government, peak bodies and key partners

Reporting to the brilliantly supportive and savvy Director of Service Delivery your responsibilities include:

• Leading strategic priorities in Eastern Australia uplifting and empowering local leadership, fostering innovation in service models and leading operational excellence
• Representing YWCA externally with professionalism, authenticity and influence
• Supporting continued organisational growth and regional integration
